Domestic Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped out within 2 business days.

We offer free economy shipping across the contiguous United States on all orders, with standard shipping taking 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Additional charges may apply for PO Boxes.

If you suspect your parcel is lost or missing, please contact us by email at hello@graftonpickleball.com. We'll investigate with the shipping company and, if necessary, send a replacement or provide a full refund for lost packages. For damaged packages, we'll arrange a prompt replacement or refund.

Once shipped, we'll provide carrier and tracking information via email.

International Shipping

In an effort to support the global growth of the sport and make pickleball accessible worldwide, we offer free shipping and cover all applicable importation fees, including VAT charges, for our international customers on all orders over $100.

Our international markets currently include Mexico, Canada, Spain, and Italy.

Note: The same rules and processes that apply to domestic orders also extend to international orders. This includes order processing times, shipment tracking, and our policies on lost or damaged packages.
