Returns

At GRAFTON, we prioritize the satisfaction of our customers and stand by the quality of our products. Our return policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly.

You have a 30-calendar day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund. To qualify for a full refund, the item must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging (including plastic wrap) and accessories intact. If the paddle has been used and is not in new condition, you may still return it within 30 calendar days, but a 15% restocking fee will apply. Upon receipt and inspection of the return to ensure it meets our criteria, we will approve the refund.

Please note that our return policy applies to all customers, except for ambassadors, who are only eligible for returns in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return. Once approved, a refund will be issued within 7 business days.

To start a return, contact us at hello@graftonpickleball.com. If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return first won't be accepted.

Warranty

At GRAFTON, we stand behind the quality of our products with a 365 calendar day warranty from the original purchase date. If any issues arise due to manufacturing defects, we've got you covered. Please note that this warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Additionally, the warranty does not apply to replacement paddles.

Our warranty excludes coverage for:

- Normal wear and tear

- Paddle contact with objects other than a pickleball

- Damage resulting from improper usage, negligence, abuse, or accidents

- Modifications to the paddle

- Fading of graphics

- Worn grip tape

- Non-original purchasers

- Purchases from non-authorized dealers

GRAFTON reserves the right to assess defects and determine if they fall within our warranty policy. Warranty claims will be accepted at our discretion, and we kindly ask for 3-5 business days to process them upon receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

30-day risk-free trial

At GRAFTON Pickleball, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your paddle purchase. That's why we are offering a risk-free 30-day trial period for all paddles purchased directly from our website, when using the specific trial code. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your paddle within 30 days of delivery, you may return it to us for a full refund.

 

Return Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return under the 30-day risk-free trial, the paddle must only show normal wear and tear with no signs of abrupt damage or alterations that are not typical of normal wear and tear

  • The paddle must not have been altered or damaged due to misuse, abuse, or improper handling on the court

  • GRAFTON Pickleball reserves the right to decline returns if the paddle shows signs of damage beyond typical wear and tear

     

How to Initiate a Return:

  • If you wish to return your paddle within the 30-day trial period, please email us at hello@graftonpickleball.com to request a return shipping label

  • Once you have received the return shipping label, please securely package the paddle in its original packaging and ship it back to us within 30 days of the delivery date

Refund Process:

  • Upon receipt of the returned paddle, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria

  • If the paddle is deemed eligible for return, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days

  • The 30-day risk-free trial only applies to those who use the specific code “RISKFREE30” at checkout
