Eligibility
Your paddle qualifies for a risk-free return or exchange if:
- It shows normal wear from regular use
- It has no cracks, breaks, dents, or damage caused by misuse
- It has not been intentionally modified or altered
- It was purchased directly from graftonpickleball.com
GRAFTON reserves the right to decline returns if the paddle shows damage beyond standard wear.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email hello@graftonpickleball.com with your order number and whether you want a refund or exchange.
We’ll reply with a prepaid return label and simple instructions.
If Purchased Online
Return the paddle in its original box or any similarly protective packaging.
If Purchased In Person
Package the paddle securely and share the approximate weight/dimensions so we can create a shipping label.
Please note: Paddles must be packaged securely. GRAFTON is not responsible for damage caused during return transit.
Refund Timing
Once your paddle arrives at our facility:
- We’ll complete a quick visual inspection
- If eligible, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method
Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days
