Who This Is For
GRAFTON Instructors are:
- Active pickleball instructors, coaches, or teaching professionals
- Trusted advisors within clubs, facilities, or community programs
- Passionate about player development and progression

Formal certification is valued, but real teaching experience matters most.
The Role
As a GRAFTON Instructor, you help:
- Introduce players to paddles that match their style, goals, and skill level
- Provide informed, honest equipment recommendations
- Offer real-world feedback from lessons, clinics, and match play
- Represent GRAFTON in an educational, player-first manner
There are no quotas, posting requirements, or sales pressure.
