At GRAFTON, we stand behind the quality, engineering, and craftsmanship of every product we make.
All paddles purchased from graftonpickleball.com or an authorized retail partner are covered by our 1-Year Limited Warranty
against manufacturing defects, starting from the original purchase date.

Our warranty is designed to give players total peace of mind — ensuring your GRAFTON paddle performs the way it was intended.

What’s Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, including (but not limited to):

  • Structural defects in the paddle core
  • Delamination or face separation not caused by misuse
  • Handle / joint defects tied to manufacturing issues
  • Premature breakdown of materials beyond normal wear

If your paddle is determined to have a qualifying defect, GRAFTON will repair or replace it at no charge.

What's Not Covered
To protect both the player and the brand, the warranty does not cover:

Normal Wear & Tear

  • Cosmetic imperfections
  • Fading graphics
  • Edge guard scratches or scuffs
  • Worn grip tape

These naturally occur with regular play and are not considered defects.

Damage from Misuse or Negligence

  • Striking the paddle on the ground, net posts, or other objects
  • Leaving the paddle in extreme temperatures
  • Damage caused by improper storage or transport
  • Water damage or exposure to severe elements

Unauthorized or Altered Products

  • Paddles modified beyond standard accessories (e.g., structural sanding, face alteration, cutting into the paddle)
  • Paddles purchased from unauthorized resellers, marketplace listings (eBay, Facebook groups, Craigslist), or second-hand

Non-Original Purchasers
Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Warranty Period
Coverage lasts 365 days from the original purchase date.
Replacement paddles assume the remaining warranty period of the original

How to File a Warranty Claim
To begin a claim, email hello@graftonpickleball.com with the following:

  1. Order number or proof of purchase
  2. Description of the issue
  3. Photos or video showing the defect (face, edges, handle, and overall paddle)

Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days and determine eligibility. If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or next steps.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Authorized Retail Purchases
Paddles bought from approved GRAFTON retailers are eligible for warranty coverage with proof of purchase.
Paddles purchased from non-authorized sellers are not covered under any circumstance.
