Returns

At GRAFTON, we prioritize the satisfaction of our customers and stand by the quality of our products. Our return policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly.

You have a 30-calendar day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund. To qualify for a full refund, the item must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging (including plastic wrap) and accessories intact. If the paddle has been used and is not in new condition, you may still return it within 30 calendar days, but a 15% restocking fee will apply. Upon receipt and inspection of the return to ensure it meets our criteria, we will approve the refund.

Please note that our return policy applies to all customers, except for ambassadors, who are only eligible for returns in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return. Once approved, a refund will be issued within 7 business days.

To start a return, contact us at hello@graftonpickleball.com. If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return first won't be accepted.

Warranty

At GRAFTON, we stand behind the quality of our products with a 365 calendar day warranty from the original purchase date. If any issues arise due to manufacturing defects, we've got you covered. Please note that this warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Additionally, the warranty does not apply to replacement paddles.

Our warranty excludes coverage for:

- Normal wear and tear

- Paddle contact with objects other than a pickleball

- Damage resulting from improper usage, negligence, abuse, or accidents

- Modifications to the paddle

- Fading of graphics

- Worn grip tape

- Non-original purchasers

- Purchases from non-authorized dealers

GRAFTON reserves the right to assess defects and determine if they fall within our warranty policy. Warranty claims will be accepted at our discretion, and we kindly ask for 3-5 business days to process them upon receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
